Min 1: 20 seconds Strict Pull-ups (Jumping Pullups)
Min 2: 20 seconds Kipping Pullups
Min 3: 20 seconds Bar Muscle-ups (Chest to Bar Pullups)
*Each minute is 20 seconds of work and 40 seconds rest.

Conditioning

*For burpees over bar, use the barbell you will have setup for the workout.
