This Saturday at Speed & Endurance @ 7:30am, we will be testing your 1 mile time, while tracking each of your 400m split times, helping you narrow down knowing where your pace should be and how to improve it.

3 UB T&G (Touch and Go) Power Clean + Push Jerk
*Start @ 60%1RM Clean and Jerk. Add 10# every minute until you can no longer complete 3 reps in that minute. Once you can no longer complete 3 reps, drop weight 10-20# and complete the remainder of the EMOM at that weight.
